FOLEY, AL — The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce officialized the grand opening of Waffles R Wild’s newest location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Local leaders, chamber representatives, and community members gathered to celebrate the expansion of the popular local restaurant.

Marking the business’s second location in the area—joining its original spot at Downtown OWA—the new location brings Waffles R Wild’s signature 1930s speakeasy theme and creative menu directly into Downtown Foley. Originally founded by owner Danielle along with her parents, Michael and Roxanne, the concept has grown from a beloved food truck into a unique brick-and-mortar dining favorite.

Waffles R Wild – The Speakeasy takes waffles far beyond traditional breakfast fare, serving up sweet and savory gourmet creations, craft cocktails, all-day dining, and regular community programming. The new location will host a full calendar of weekly activities, including trivia nights, family game nights, happy hour specials, and weekend entertainment.
